PTCA Balloon Catheter
Featuring a small diameter, PTCA Balloon Catheter offers a good functionality that employs a highly advanced balloon folding technology.
Hydrophilic coating
The highly hydrophilic polymer coat on the surface of the catheter offers a good access into curved vessels.
Compliance profile
The low compliance enables a precise inflation of the balloon by controlling its pressure.
Less dog-boning
A stable pressure is maintained over a wide lesion or throughout the length that the stent passes along, yielding accurate results.
Smooth cross tip
The smooth, tapered cross tip ensures a good functionality in the use of the stent and on calcified lesions.
Pushability
The PTFE-coated hypotube and strong skive ensures a high pushability and trackability.
Wide choices
PTCA Balloon Catheter comes with a wide range of balloon sizes.
Length: 5–40 mm, Diameter: 1–4 mm (including the quarter size)
The non-compliant balloon of the NC PTCA Balloon Catheter keeps a good functionality even under a high pressure.
- A quality balloon made of a non-compliant material that endures high pressures
- A state-of-the-art balloon forming technology employed
- Smoothly tapered tip design
- Flexible distal shaft
- Highly pushable skive design
Extractor™ Aspiration Catheter
Extractor™ is a catheter used to remove thrombi and emboli in cardiovascular and peripheral vessels.
- The wide lumen ensures a good functionality at a high suction rate.
- The thin profile and core wires offer a higher pushability and an easier access.
- The hydrophilic coat over a 400 mm section from the distal end renders a better trackability and enables access into complicated blood vessels.
- The guide wire lumen, as short as 10 mm, enables rapid exchange.
- Length of surgical operation for 6Fr and 7Fr is 140 cm, and for 8Fr, 150 cm.
- The short and flexible distal tube and the detachable core wire guarantees a high resistance to folding.
- Markers at 90 cm,100 cm, and 110 cm from the distal end enables you to check the depth with naked eyes.
- A 180 ㎛ filter is built in to sift blood clots rapidly.
PTA(OTW) Balloon Catheter
The GENOSS PTA Balloon Catheter is an Over the Wire (OTW) peripheral balloon catheter, specifically designed for Percutaneous Transluminal Angioplasty in stenotic vessel segments.
The balloon is designed to inflate to a controlled diameter and length when inflated. The Balloon Catheter has two platinum iridium radiopaque marker bands. Two radiopaque marker bands are located at both ends of the balloon, to facilitate fluoroscopic visualization and define the length and location of the balloon. The balloon catheter includes a tapered soft-tip to facilitate the advancement in the lesion. The usable length of the GENOSS PTA Balloon Catheter is 50cm, 80cm and 130cm.
The catheter has a dual lumen shaft. The dual lumen shaft is branched at the proximal end so that one lumen forms the entrance to the central lumen for the guidewire, of diameters 0.035"(0.89mm) or smaller to facilitate advancement of the balloon catheter through the stenosis segment to be dilated, while the other lumen is used to inflate and deflate the dilatation balloon with a mixture of contrast medium and saline solution. The balloon catheter is provided with hydrophilic coating that is activated when wet.
Intended Use
The GENOSSTM PTA Balloon Catheter is intended to dilate stenosis in the iliac, femoral, ilio-femoral, popliteal, infra-popliteal and renal arteries, and for the treatment of obstructive lesions of native or synthetic arteriovenous dialysis fistulae.
